SITE PREPARATION PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY OF YOUR HOT TUB .

PREPARE THE ELECTRICS

A single phase 240 volt power supply with either a 13, 20 or 30 amp (depending on the chosen hot tub) R.C.D fitted at the fuse board. There will need to be an Isolator - minimum 2 metres from the water and a cable run to the back of the tub with a 4 metre tail for wiring up the hot tub.

PREPARE THE BASE

We recommend that your hot tub be placed on a concrete base a minimum of 10cm thick. If you place your hot tub on a patio or wooden decking, it is important to ensure that your structure can support the weight of the spa with water and people. The weight of each hot tub is available on request.

HOT TUB ARRIVAL

Once the base and electric supply have been prepared the hot tub will arrive safely on a trailer at a time convenient with you. We will supply 2 men to deliver the spa, however due to the weight of the hot tub we may require the assistance of extra labour, which we will advise you on at the time of placing your order with us.

POSITIONING THE HOT TUB

The hot tub will be maneuvered to the prepared site on a trolley, however depending on accessibility it may be necessary to carry the hot tub to the desired location.

CRANE USE IF NECESSARY

If access is restricted a crane may be required to lift and position the hot tub to the prepared site. If a crane is required we are more than willing to provide further advice.

FILLING THE HOT TUB WITH WATER

Once the hot tub is in the desired position we will commence filling it with water from a garden hose. At the same time we will dose the water with the required amount of chemicals and provide advice for future use.NB, We therefore request for a garden hose and water supply to be readily available.

WIRING UP THE ELECTRICS

When the hot tub is in the desired position our highly skilled installers will wire up the hot tub to the electricity supply that is already in place.

READY FOR USE

Once the hot tub is filled with water our highly skilled team will demonstrate how to use the hot tub. Once up to your desired temperature the hot tub is ready for your use. Enjoy!
